The Arbequina olive variety we cultivate is one of the highest quality first-class olive varieties in Mallorca.
Our virgin olive oil has been awarded the DO seal “DO Oli de Mallorca” from Mallorca and the addition “extra virgin”. The traditional, Mallorcan product of the extra class is grown, bottled and tested according to DO standards. It is exclusively cold-pressed using a mechanical process. In addition to the pure organic oil, it is the highest award for a pure, natural and sustainable olive oil, which has been confirmed to us by the DO certification body. The high quality of our olive oil is reflected in the extremely low acid content (less than 0.8%). We create this through the short-term harvest and careful processing. The mechanical cold pressing maintains the fruity and mild taste bouquet with the natural and health-promoting antioxidants.
Our olive oil with its very high proportion of simple fatty acids can lead to a moderate level of cholesterol in the blood. It is therefore also positive for the cardiovascular system and the protection of cells. The high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids has a positive effect on the entire organism.
